提升土木工程专业学生工程实践能力的方法与分析

Analysis on Improving the Practical Engineering Ability of Students Majoring in Civil Engineering

通过建立"工程实践教育中心",针对不同年级学生确定阶段性培养目标,调整试点班的课程设置,设立企业学习阶段培养方案。依托校内外实习基地,创立高校与行业企业联合培养人才的新机制,使学生的学习更有针对性,提高了人才培养的效率。结合工程实践分类及方向,配备专业指导教师,让学生在不同实习基地进行专业化实践,使其实践能力得到大幅提升。

Through the establishment of engineering practice education center,the periodic training target aiming at students of different grades was formulated,curriculum materials were adjusted and the enterprisebased training program was set up. Based on the practice centers on and off campus,a newmechanism combining universities and enterprises in talent training was established to make students’ learning more targeted and to enhance the efficiency of talent training at colleges and universities. In accordance to specific engineering practice and directions,advisors were provided to guide students’ practice at different practice bases,which has greatly enhanced students’ practical ability.
