疏风解毒胶囊联合桔芩汤治疗29例支气管扩张急性期临床观察

Clinical observation of dispelling wind detoxification capsule and jieqin decoction in the treatment of 29 cases of bronchiectasis in the acute stage

目的 :观察疏风解毒胶囊联合桔芩汤治疗支气管扩张急性期的临床效果。方法 :收集2014年1月至12月支气管扩张急性期患者58例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组29例。对照组采用西医常规治疗并口服阿莫西林克拉维酸钾分散片和厄多司坦胶囊;治疗组在对照组用药基础上,口服疏风解毒胶囊和桔芩汤汤剂。治疗15 d后比较两组疗效,并观察治疗前后患者的临床表现、圣乔治生活质量评分的变化情况。结果 :治疗组总有效率为93.10%(27/29),对照组为72.41%(21/29),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床症状缓解时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组圣乔治呼吸问卷各部分评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组呼吸症状、总评分治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组呼吸症状、总评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :疏风解毒胶囊和桔芩汤配合西医常规治疗支气管扩张急性期疗效显著,可以明显改善患者的临床症状及生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of dispelling wind detoxification capsule and jieqin decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis in the acute stage. Methods： Fifty-eight cases with bronchiectasis in the acute stage from Jan. to Dec. 2014 were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 29 cases each. The control group was treated with the conventional western therapy and oral amoxicillin clavulanate potassium dispersible tablet and erdosteine capsule. On the basis of the treatment as the control group, the treatment group was treated with dispelling wind detoxification capsule and jieqin decoction. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups after 15 days treatment, and the clinical manifestations of the patients and the change of St George life quality score were observed before and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rates were 93.10%（27/29） in the treatment group and 72.41%（21/29） and the control one, the differences between the two groups had the statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The relief time of the clinical symptom in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Each part of the St George respiratory questionnaire scores was lower after treatment than before（P〈0.05）. In the control group, the differences in the respiratory symptoms and the total scores had the statistical significance before and after the treatment（P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the differences of the scores of the respiratory symptoms and total scores in the both groups had the statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of dispelling wind detoxification capsule and jieqin decoction with the conventional western therapy in the treatment of the bronchiectasis in the acute stage has the significant treatment effect, and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and quality of the life of the patients.
