摘要
师资队伍转型是新建本科院校转型发展的关键和难点。转型发展中的新建本科院校承担着培养应用型人才和服务地方发展的两大主要使命,这对其师资队伍建设提出了新的挑战。新建本科院校师资队伍面临转型的困境,应通过优化师资结构、转变师资评价方式、提升教师实践能力、推动校地合作和拓展境外交流等路径,实现师资队伍的真正转型。
The transference of the faculty is the key point and difficulty of the transference and development for the new-established colleges. The new-established colleges during transference and development undertakes two main missions,training the applied talent and serving the development for the local area,which are the challenges for the faculty. This article analyzes the dilemma for those new-established colleges and points out the approach and the task of the real transference for the faculty: optimizing the faculty structure,changing the method of evaluating the faculty,boosting the ability of practice for the faculty and promoting the cooperation of the college and local area and the communication with the overseas.
