新建本科院校青年党员教师职业价值取向研究——以福建省为例

A Study on Professional Value Orientation of Young Teachers with CPC Membership in Newly-Established Universities——Taking Fujian Province as an Example

新建本科院校青年党员教师职业价值取向呈现"两过多、两影响"的特征,即过多追求边际价值,呈现过度自我和个性化;过多关注个人的利益得失,功利化趋势日渐抬头;受个人理念和追求的影响,呈现多元化选择趋势;受自身人格因素的影响,匹配程度大打折扣。因此,引导高校青年党员教师确立正确的职业价值取向,必须从职业生存价值与职业精神价值、外在价值取向与内在价值取向、具体价值目标和最高价值取向"三个结合"出发,树立正确科学的教师职业价值观。

The professional value orientation of young Teachers with CPC membership in newlybuilt undergraduate colleges presents ＂two too many,two impact＂feature,namely excessive pursuit of marginal value,showing excessive self and personalization. Too much attention to personal interests＇ gains and losses,utilitarian trend is rising. Influenced by personal ideas and the pursuit of diversified selection trend showing a trend of diversification and influenced by their own personality factors,the degree of matching discount. Thus,university teachers to guide young party members the right career values must start from survival value,occupational and vocational spiritual value,intrinsic value and extrinsic value orientation,specific target value and the highest value orientation ＂three combinations＂to establish a correct scientific teachers＇ professional value.
