摘要
民居客栈为来扬游客提供了深度体验的机会,特色的开发和品质的提升是我们亟须面对的任务。通过对Trip Advisor(猫鹰途)、马蜂窝以及驴评网上网络评论的内容分析,提取高频特征词,并结合具体评论语句以及相关文献研究,构建了扬州民居客栈的服务品质量表、游客消费行为量表、游客满意度量表,以期可以为扬州民居客栈的开发和发展指明方向,打造"宜游城市"新窗口。
Residence inn offers visitors the chance of a deep experience in Yangzhou, the development of characteristics and the promotion of quality is the urgent task we need to face.Based on Trip Advisor, Ma beehive and the ass judges comments online network content analysis, extracting the high-frequency characteristic words,and combined with the specific comment statements and relevant literature research, we build Yangzhou Residence Hotel service quality scale, tourist consumption behavior scale, and tourists satisfaction scale.We hope this aticle can indicate the direction for Yangzhou Residence Inn,creating a new way for "Appropriate tourism city".
