我国生鲜电商供应链柔性的ISM模型构建研究

摘要 互联网在我国快速的发展已让电子商务逐渐触及我们生活的各个方面,而生鲜电商作为电商行业的最后一片"蓝海",已经引起各方重点关注。如何能够满足消费者要求应对需求及环境的不断变化,解决供应链柔性问题是一个必须面对的问题。本文分析了生鲜电商各因素的重要性,并从国外生鲜电商发展中吸取经验,为生鲜电商供应链柔性建设提供依据。 With the rapid development of Internet, e-commerce has been an inevitable thing in our daily life.When almost every field in e-commerce is making a great progress, fresh products seen as the last "blue sea" of e-commerce has been taken seriously by many companies. However, to face to the uncertain situation and meet the demand of consumers, solving the problem of flexibility of supply chain is an unavoidable issue. Through analyzing the characteristics of the operation of our country's e-commerce companies, the paper finds out some factors that will affect the flexibility of supply chain. By using Interpretative Structural Modeling Method, paper analyzes the significance of the factors, and absorbs the experience from the successful foreign companies. All the work is for giving a basis for fresh product e-commerce companies to construct a flexible supply chain.
