谈高压旋喷桩的施工工艺及质量控制

The construction technology and quality control of high pressure jet grouting pile

以某水利工程为例,介绍了高压旋喷桩的施工工艺,并从前期准备、原材料、浆液配比、钻孔、高压旋喷灌浆、特殊情况处理和质量检测等方面,分析了高压旋喷桩的质量控制要点及措施,通过动力触探检测结果表明,高压旋喷桩施工质量满足规范设计要求,施工效果良好。

Taking a water conservancy engineering as an example,this paper introduced the construction technology of high pressure jet grouting pile,and from the preparation,raw materials,slurry ratio,drilling,high-pressure rotary spray irrigation pulp,special case process and quality inspection and other aspects,analyzed the quality control key points and measures of high pressure jet grouting pile,through the dynamic feeler inspection testing results showed that high pressure jet grouting pile construction quality to meet the design requirements specification,had good construction effect.
