The paper introduces the consideration methods for the foundation design for the horizontal load,indicates the calculation and analysis the influence of the horizontal load on the foundation design and piles by combining with bulk storability,and proves by the result that the horizontal load has larger influence on the foundation design for the bulk storability,becomes the control factor of foundation design.
