建筑工程造价精细化管理模式的创建

The construction of building engineering cost fine management mode

针对我国工程造价管理工作中存在的问题,分析了工程造价精细化管理的必要性及内涵,总结了精细化管理所取得的理论成果及BIM技术成果,并基于建设工程全寿命周期,建立了工程造价精细化管理模式。

In view of the existing problems in our engineering cost management work,this paper analyzed the necessity and connotation of engineering cost fine management,summarized the fine management theory achievements and BIM technology achievements,and based on the whole life cycle of construction engineering,established the fine management mode of engineering cost.
