温拌橡胶沥青胶结料高温性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 橡胶沥青混合料(HMA)的生产温度要高于普通混合料20-30℃,但引入温拌技术(WMA)后,会显著降低其生产温度,有利于保护环境和节约能源。本文采用五种不同来源的基质沥青按照橡胶粉掺量15%制备橡胶沥青,分别加入两种温拌添加剂Asphamin和Sasobit,并用旋转薄膜烘箱(RTRO)进行短期老化,采用DSR试验和布氏旋转黏度试验评价温拌橡胶沥青高温性能。结果显示:Sasobit温拌剂降低了橡胶沥青胶结料的黏度,而Aspha—min却增加了胶结料的黏度;温拌剂与橡胶沥青反应的时间延长会导致胶结料黏度发生变化,黏度增大或减小与基质沥青种类有关;Aspha—min和Sasobit的加入提高了胶结料的高温破坏温度,但两种温拌剂提高程度差异不大;温拌橡胶沥青胶结料的高温性能主要受基质沥青影响,与温拌剂种类关系不大;老化前与老化后的破坏温度存在线性关系,但相关系数较低。 The rubber asphalt mixture(HMA) production temperature is 20 - 30 ℃ higher than that of normal mixture.However,warm mix agent(WMA) will significantly reduce its production temperature,which can protect the environment and save energy.In this paper,five different kinds of rubber asphalt mixture were prepared with 15%rubber powder.Two warm-mix additives Aspha-min and Sasobit were added to the rubber asphalt respectively.After short- term aging in RTRO,the high temperature performance of warm- mix rubber asphalt was evaluated by DSR test and Brinell rotation viscosity test.The results showed that Sasobit warm- mix agent reduced the viscosity of rubber asphalt binder,but Aspha- min increased the viscosity of the binder.Long reaction time would lead to the changing of binder viscosity,and the increasing or decreasing of the viscosity related to matrix asphalt.Aspha- min and sasobit enhanced the failure temperature of binder with litde difference in degree.The high temperature performance of warm- mix rubber asphalt mixture is mainly affected by matrix asphalt instead of WMA.There is a linear relationship between the failure temperature before aging and after aging,but the correlation coefficient is low.
