摘要
结合实体工程,对水泥混凝土路面多锤头碎石化中透层施工技术进行了系统的研究。分析认为多锤头碎石化后表面粉化团块是影响透层效果的最主要原因,采用一遍破碎工艺和调整破碎幅宽的方案可有效预防了表面粉化的产生;在洒布透层前组织专人将表面粉化团块挖除,是一项有效处理表面粉化影响的措施;透层用乳化沥青应选择慢裂型,含量在50%~52%,洒布量在3~3.5 L/m^2;透层施工前,应采用少量多次的洒水工艺。
Combining with the engineering entity,the prime coat construction technology of rubblization cement concrete pavement by MHB(Multi- Head Breaker) was systematically studied.The results showed that the granular pulverization was the main reason for the performance of the prime coat after rubblization,which could be effective prevented under the scheme of once crushing technology and adjusting the fracture width.Digging out the granular pulverization was an effective method to deal with the impacts before priming construction.The material requirements of the emulsified asphalt for prime coat is as follows:slow crack type,50%- 52%contents and 3 - 3.5 L/m^2 distributing quantity.The process with frequent spraying and small amounts of water should be used before construction.
