摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料,以三乙醇胺作为基础交联剂,并分别引入少量硼砂、硅烷偶联剂(KH-560、KH-550)和三偏磷酸钠对玉米淀粉胶粘剂进行复合交联改性。研究结果表明:通过交联度、粘接强度、耐水性和黏度等测定,优选出制备玉米淀粉胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件是反应温度为65℃、pH为10~11、反应时间为3.0 h和m(三乙醇胺)∶m(KH-560)=1∶0.33;由最佳工艺条件制得的玉米淀粉胶粘剂具有良好的综合性能,其交联度(溶胀度为1.47)相对较高、粘接强度(为1.041 2 MPa)和黏度(为30 s)相对最大,并且其室温耐水性和60℃耐水性俱佳。
The corn starch adhesive was modified by composite crosslinking when corn starch was used as rawmaterial,triethanolamine was used as basis crosslinker,some materials[such as a little borax,silane coupler(KH-560,KH-550)and sodium trimetaphosphate] were introduced into system. The research results showed that the optimalprocess conditions of preparing corn starch adhesive were preferred by testing crosslinking degree,bondingstrength,water resistance and viscosity when reaction temperature and time were 65℃ and 3.0 h respectively,p Hvalue was 10-11,and mass ratio of m(triethanolamine)∶m(KH-560)was 1∶0.33. The corn starch adhesive,whichwas prepared by optimal process conditions,had the good combination property because its crosslinkingdegree(swelling degree at 1.47)was relatively higher,bonding strength(1.041 2 MPa)and viscosity(30 s)wererelatively maximal,and its water resistance at room temperature or 60℃ was all good.
