摘要
性教育在我国教育体制中一直未完善起来,导致了诸如农村女童频频遭受性侵犯等严重的社会问题。本研究以武汉市H小学6岁至12岁的农村女童为服务对象,运用小组工作的方法,引导农村女童获得与年龄增长相一致的有关性生理、心理和感情上的应有知识,促进其身心健康。小组活动设计为六期,内容分为三个层次:初期,引导农村女童建立生理上的全面认知;中期,协助女童在生理认知的基础上,建立心理的自信;后期,引导女童与异性建立健康的人际关系,学会保护自己。基于实务开展过程,对小组活动设计、服务时间、组员招募和小组领导者方面进行了反思。提出了农村女童性教育应树立正确的性教育观念、加快学校性教育课程体系建设和发挥家庭性教育的补充作用的建议。
The lack of sex education has led to rural girls being victims of sexual assault frequently. This paper, taking rural girls studying at Wuhan city H elementary school between the ages of 6 and 12 as the service object. Using the method of group work to guide the rural girls obtain knowledge of the biology and psychology of sex which is consistent with their age for promoting their physical and mental health. There are six unit in group activities, main contents can be divided into three hierarchically related layers. At the beginning of the group activities, the purpose is to guide rural girls establish comprehensive cognition about their body. In the middle of the group activities, the purpose is to help group members to build self-confidence, on the basis of their comprehensive cognition about the body. In the later group activities, the purpose is to lead group members to establish healthy relationships with boys and learn how to protect themselves. The effectiveness of this service is excellent. It suggests that the application of group work on rural girls' sex education is essential, feasible and effective.
