广东省新婚人群婚前医学检查认知、态度现况调查

A Status Survey on Newly-married Couples' Knowledge and Attitude to Premarital Medical Examination in Guangdong Province

目的了解广东省新婚人群对婚前医学检查的认知与需求,为后期制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,对440名调查对象进行自填式问卷调查,并对调查结果进行描述性分析。结果有23.30%调查对象表示已参加婚检,59.95%表示准备参加,14.56%表示不准备参加。调查对象疾病相关知识总知晓率为68.04%,婚检相关知识总知晓率为54.85%。91.26%的调查对象认为婚检很重要,对婚检好处的认同率均超过85%。在婚检障碍方面,认为婚检手续复杂,工作忙没时间的均超过40%,对妇科和生殖器检查感到尴尬,担心泄露个人隐私的均超过30%。结论加大对婚检相关疾病的大众健康教育,以及婚检目的意义、内容和政策的宣传,并提高婚检服务便利性。

Objective To survey newly-married couples＇ knowledge and attitude about premarital medical examination in Guangdong province,and to provide evidence for intervention measures. Methods Using the self-designed questionnaire,440 men and women were investigated. Data was analyzed by descriptive analysis. Results A proportion of 23. 30% respondents participated the premarital medical examination,59. 95% was ready to participate in it,and 14. 56% did not prepared to participate in it. The respondents＇ awareness rate of relevant disease was 68. 04%. The total knowledge rate of premarital medical examination was 54. 85%. A proportion of91. 26% respondents thought that premarital medical examination was very important,more than 85% thought premarital medical examinations had many benefits. In the aspect of obstacles,more than 40% thought the examination procedure was too complexed and they were too busy with work. More than 30% felt embarrassed with genital and gynecologic examination and worried revealing their personal information. Conclusion The public health education on premarital medical examination should be strengthened and the convenience of the examination need to be further improved.
