摘要
保温管道在热力、石油等领域应用广泛,其保温性能直接影响着管道的输送效率和系统安全,所以对保温性能进行相关的测试十分必要。保温性能自动化测试系统由测试传感器、信号采集装置和数据采集计算机组成,利用高精度A/D采集模块与RS485总线技术,在保证测量精度的前提下,实现了实时采集、监测、记录等功能,满足了实验室模拟运行和工程现场的需求,解决了目前保温性能测试过程中以人工测试为主,自动化程度低、工作量大、无法持续监测等问题。
Insulation pipes are widely used in heating,oil and other fields,pipe insulation performance directly affects the transport efficiency and safety of the pipeline system. So the insulation performance test is very necessary. Pipe insulation performance automated test system consists of test sensor,signal acquisition device and data collection computer. Adopting highprecision A / D module and RS485,with the premise to ensure accuracy,real-time collection,monitoring and recording function were provided,thus meeting the needs of laboratory simulation and the project site and solving the problems that the insulation performance test is mainly made by manual testing,has less automation,much manual workload,no continued monitoring and so on.
