摘要
兰成原油管道是一条长距离、大落差管道,水力工况复杂,穿跨越河流较多,投产难度大。为了降低实际投产时的风险,以投产方案为依据,利用SPS仿真系统对投产的整个过程进行了模拟,针对投产过程中出现的投产进油时武山站不启泵进站易超压、3#高点至小川站之间充满水时停输小川进站易泄压等风险点进行了分析,并提出了解决方法,实现了对原投产方案的优化,同时对站场阀门安装问题、管道线路等存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了相应的整改措施,保证了投产的顺利进行。
Lancheng oil pipeline is a long and hilly pipeline,which crosses lots of rivers with complicated hydraulic condition. So it's very difficult to be put into production. In order to decrease the risk during the production,SPS were used to simulate the whole process. The analysis of the difficulty and risk that Wushan close pump pulled in is easy to be over pressure when put into production and Xiaochuan pulled in is easy to be decompression when 3 # high spot to Xiaochuan station was filled up with water was raised,and the solution method was put forward,thus realizing the optimization of the original production plan. In addition,lots of problems about the station valve installation and pipeline were discussed,and relevant rectification measures were put forward,ensuring the operation go on smoothly.
