摘要
输油管线主离心泵机械密封多发故障,给整个管道系统的稳定运行带来较大影响。文中分析了该机械密封设计中存在的结构和材质缺陷,通过对弹簧进行校验,对静环材质进行分析,找出了失效的主要原因。采取对该机械密封的静环进行材料升级,对机械密封冲洗口结构进行优化,同时对密封圈压缩量进行调整等手段进行改造,使机械密封的使用寿命和可靠性得到了提高。经过实际应用,取得了很好的效果,保证了主输泵的安全稳定运行。
The multiple failure of pipe laying main centrifugal pump mechanical seal has great influence on the stable operation of the pipeline system. The existing structure and material flaw in the design of the mechanical seal was analyzed. And it was validated by the spring that the main failure reason was found out by analyzing the static ring material. Materials were upgraded using mechanical seal stationary ring,and rinse mouth sealing structure of the machine was optimized. At the same time,by means of modification of the machine seal,the machine seal was transformed,making the service life and reliability of the mechanical seal effectively improved. Through practical application,good results are achieved,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the main pumps.
