Process Piping Blowing and Pressure Test Method in Natural Gas Station

以唐山LNG外输管道工程丰南分输站工艺管道的吹扫试压方法取得的效果为依据,总结了在天然气站场工艺管道吹扫试压方法选取中需考虑的因素。从吹扫介质选取、吹扫段落的划分、吹扫注意事项等方面对吹扫方法进行了分析;从试压方法选取、试压段落的划分、试压注意事项等方面对试压方法进行了分析。最后结合国内天然气站场的实际情况,对天然气站场工艺管道吹扫试压方法的制定提出了建议。

The result of the method which took the bowing and pressure test in the Fengnan gas station of Tangshan LNG pipeline was as the basis,the factors should be considered in the bowing and pressure test method in natural gas station. The bowing method from the aspects of purge media,the divisions of purge section,purge notes and so on was analyzed. The pressure test method from the aspects of pressure test method,the divisions of pressure test section,pressure test notes and so on was analyzed. Finally,according to the actual situation of the domestic natural gas station,some advices for the process piping blowing and pressure test of natural gas station were put forward.
