天然气调压站调压器失效实例分析

Instance Analysis of Pressure Regulator Invalid in Gas Pressure Regulating Station

对江苏国信协联燃气热电有限公司调压器运行故障及处理办法进行了总结,并提出了防范措施。该公司燃机首次点火因调压站出口压力低而跳机,通过对调压系统工作流程分析确认为调压器故障所致。针对设备故障提出了10个原因并逐一进行排查,发现故障原因为调压器内膜片破损致使设备失效。经设备管道清理,并更换调压器内膜片后,系统正常运行。

The pressure regulator＇s running fault and handling of Jiangsu Guoxin Xielian gas thermal power Co. Ltd. was summed up in this paper,and precautionary measures were raised up. This power plant＇s gas turbine can not start due to the low export pressure of regulator station. Through analyzing the working principle of pressure regulating system,it found the pressure regulator broke down caused the accident. Aiming at the equipment failure,ten reasons for the failure were presented,through investigating it found that the damage of the diaphragm contributed to the incident. After cleaning the pipeline and replacing the diaphragm,the system can work normally.
