高位钻孔抽放技术在演马庄矿的应用

摘要 演马庄矿开采的二1煤层为单一厚煤层,透气性低,瓦斯含量高,瓦斯涌出量大。通过测定煤层瓦斯含量,根据分源预测法预测工作面的瓦斯涌出量,分析27131工作面瓦斯涌出源和构成,根据采空区上覆岩层"O"型圈分布原理设计钻孔参数及抽采工艺,采用高位钻孔抽采技术抽采采区空和上隅角瓦斯,有力的消除了瓦斯超限事故,确保了工作面的安全和生产。 The 二-1 coal seam of Yanmazhuang mine is single and thick, low permeability,high gas content and large gas emission. Gas emission quantity was calculated according to the diffrernt source prediction by measuring the gas content, the sources of 27131 working face gas emission were also analysed. The parameter of boreholes and gas extraction technology were designed according to the principle of "O" ring distribution, high-level borehole gas extraction technology was used to drain gas in the goaf and upper corner, which effectively eliminate the gas overrun accident and ensure the safety and production of working face.
