含硫化铁结核薄煤层不规则工作面顶板控制技术

摘要 杨村煤矿薄煤层综采工作面含有大量的硫化铁结核,采煤机截割速度受限,截齿磨损速度加快,损耗量增大;薄煤层不规则工作面两端头易出现大面积空顶现象,顶板支护困难。通过让压措施,适当降低工作面液压支架初撑力,将采场上覆岩层压力更集中地作用在煤壁上,可以起到将坚硬煤层压酥、易于截割的效果;调整工作面内排头支架与顺槽内两端头支架之间的位置关系,可使两端头出现的空顶得到有效的支护。 The thin fully mechanized coal seam faces in Yangcun Coal Mine contain plenty of iron sulfide tuberculosis,The cutting speed of coal winning machine is limited,The cutting tooth is weared faster,the wastage increase;Large empty top phenomenon is easy to appear at the two ends of irregular thin coal seam face.By making pressure measures,Reduce hydraulic support setting force properly,The stope overburden pressure more centrally act on the coal wall,which can make an effect on the cutting to the hard coal seam;Adjust for giving support and suitable slot position relationship between the two end bracket,can make the two end of empty get effective support。
