通识核心课程《邂逅美酒》的研究与探索

Study and exploration on core curriculum of Wine & Spirits Encounter in general education

通识教育是指以学生为本,面向不同学科背景的学生开展的,着力于教育对象精神成长、知识结构优化和能力提高的,非职业性和非专业性的教育。随着对通识教育研究的不断深入,其意义与重要性越来越被教育界所认识。在通识教育实施过程中,通识课程的建设是其中的核心环节。阐述了沈阳师范大学开设《邂逅美酒》通识课的必要性,并结合教学实践,对《邂逅美酒》通识课教学内容的设计、授课内容的多要素融合、讲授内容的前沿性、课程内容的拓展与延伸等进行了有益的探讨。作为面向沈阳师范大学本科生开设的一门全新的通识选修课程,《邂逅美酒》教学改革研究项目的实施,有利于实现《邂逅美酒》核心通识课课程内涵的提升,有助于学生健全人格和综合科学素质的培养,进一步推进通识教育改革。

General education is a kind of student-centered,non professional and non professional education carried out for students of different subject background,focusing on the spiritual growth,knowledge structure optimization and ability improvement of the education object.With the continuous development of the research on general education,the significance and the importance of the general education is getting more and more attention by education sector.The construction of general curriculums is the core of the implementation of general education.The necessity of setting up the general course of Wine Spirits Encounter in our university is expounded in this paper.The designing and integrating,the frontier,the development and extension of the course content of Wine Spirits Encounter were discussed in this paper based on years of teaching practice.Wine Spirits Encounter is a new elective general course for the undergraduate students in our university.The implementation of this teaching reform research project is advantageous to realize the improvement of the teaching quality of this core general curriculum and is helpful to cultivate students＇ perfect personality and comprehensive science quality,to further promote the reform of general education in our university.
