摘要
以内蒙古京能康巴什热电厂2×350 MW超临界机组锅炉燃烧系统为研究对象,结合锅炉设计参数及燃用煤质建立数值模拟燃烧模型,测试分析炉膛内部速度场、温度场及烟气主要组分的分布。根据模拟结果,认为该炉型锅炉内空气动力场良好,煤粉燃烧充分,切圆适中;炉膛内部整体温度分布均匀。本次模拟分析结果可对锅炉燃烧运行起到有效的指导作用。
Taking Kangbashi Power Plant 2 × 350 MW supercritical boiler combustion system as the research object, combined with the design parameters and burning coal boiler to build combustion numerical simulation model, get the temperature contours of internal furnace, further studying of the thermal characteristic of the boiler, could provide theoretical basis for applying of the technology of supercritical boiler.
