摘要
内蒙古某风电场场址位于风能资源丰富地区,一期项目采用33台国产1.5 MW低温型风力发电机组,机位选址过程中完全遵循风机机位的布置原则,但统计该风电场近3 a的工程发电量一直低于理论计算值。通过对该风电场微观选址前、后部分测算数据比较分析,认为选址阶段测风数据采集周期较短、测风数据与实际采集数据存在偏差是导致该项目发电量偏低的主要原因。建议在风电场设计、选址阶段需保证数据采集的完整性和准确性,综合考虑各种影响因素,从而实现风电场经济效益最大化。
A wind farm site is located in the wind resource rich area in Inner Mongolia, The first phase of the project using 33 domestic 1.5 MW low temperalure type wind turbine, the layout complelely follow arrangement principle of wind turbine generator set, but statistics of the wind farm nearly 3 years of power generation project amount has been lower than the theoretical calculation values. Through comparatiw, analysis for lhe wind farm part of the measured data before and after micro localinn that wind data acquisition cycle short, wind data and actual data exist deviation is the main reason leading to the low volume of the project power. It is suggested that tin' integrity and accuracy of data acquisition shouht be strengthened in the design and site selection stage, considering all kinds of influencing factors, so as to ensure the recovery of /he economic benefits of the wind farm.
