摘要
某自备热电站100 MW汽轮机低压转子次次末级动叶片倒T形叶根在运行过程中发生断裂,机组各轴承振动发生大幅变化,机组被迫停运检修。通过对叶片进行宏观检查,断口宏观、微观分析及强度分析,认为叶根断裂的主要原因是低压缸进水后引起水冲击,对叶片产生较大的冲击载荷,使叶根发生断裂。针对叶根断裂原因,提出低压转子缺级运行的技术措施。
A thermal power station 100 MW low-pressure turbine rotor last stage blade root fracture occurs during operation, the unit each bearing vibration change significantly,the unit was forced to down- load operation. Macroscopic examination by blade fracture,micro analysis and strength analysis, find that the root fracture is mainly due to the impact caused by water through the low- pressure cylinder, the leaves have a greater impact load, so that the root fracture. For blade root fracture reasons, put forward technical measures by lack of the low-pressure rotor stage operation.
