摘要 某1050 MW超超临界机组在调试过程中,凝结水再循环管道振动剧烈,影响机组的安全运行。经过现场检测和数值模拟分析,认为管道振动的主要原因是由于支吊架布置不合理,固有频率过低造成。通过合理增加支吊架,对治理后管道进行应力分析,确保了管道受力符合要求,使管道振动幅值大幅下降,保证了机组安全稳定运行。 During the commissioning process of one 1050 MW ultra- supercritical unit,large vibration occurred at condensate water recirculation pipeline, and affected the safety operation of unit. Through field measurement and numerical simulation analysis, found out the causes of pipeline vibration could be relevant to unreasonable arrangement of pipe supports or hangers and the lower natural frequency of pipeline. By increasing supports and hangers reasonably, pipeline vibration was reduced dramatically. Corresponding vibration treatment measures were conducted to calculate stress state and ensured the pipeline stress meets the requirements.
