摘要
技术转移的复杂性淀积在实物、操作和知识三维度的解构并重新建构的复杂过程中。三个维度技术的转移自身不仅有复杂性,而且彼此还会形成复杂性。实物维度转移的复杂性彰显在组分杂多性、关系非线性和功能涌现性中,操作维度转移的复杂性张扬着流程的多步性、反复性和跨域性,知识维度转移的复杂性突出表现在知识的多元性、缠绕性和粘滞性上。三个维度的技术转彼此之间的非线性相互作用,又把技术复杂性推向更高的层次。
Technology transfer complexity is deposited in the complex process of substance,operation and knowledge dimensional deconstruction and reconstruction.The transfer of three dimensions of technology not only has their own complexity,but also forms their complexity each other.The complexity of substance dimension transfer is manifested in component multiplicity,nonlinear equations and the functional representation.The complexity of operation dimension transfer flaunts process multiple steps,iterative nature and cross domain.The complexity of knowledge dimension transfer is represented in diversity,winding and viscosity.The nonlinear interaction of three dimensions of technology transfer has promoted the complexity of technology to a higher level.
