供应链社会责任的整合治理模式与机制

Integrated Governance Mode and Mechanism of Social Responsibility in Supply Chain

在吸收国际供应链社会责任治理经验的基础上,考虑供应链整合的价值创造机理,提出了一种供应链社会责任的整合治理模式。该治理模式包含监督机制、评估机制、协助机制与激励机制,监督机制与评估机制为供应链企业履行社会责任施加了压力,而协助机制与激励机制则增强了他们履行社会责任的动力。该模式与机制为供应链上的社会责任治理提供了一个综合性的指导框架。

Learning from the governance experiences of corporate social responsibility of international supply chain,and considering the value creation mechanism of supply chain integration,this paper proposes an integrated governance mode of social responsibility in SC.The mode contains four governance mechanisms including monitoring mechanism,evaluation mechanism,assistance mechanism and incentive mechanism.Monitoring mechanism and evaluation mechanism exert pressure on the supply chain enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility.Assistance mechanism and incentive mechanism improve the motivity of supply chain enterprises.The mode and mechanism provide a comprehensive framework for the governance of social responsibility in the supply chain.
