摘要
论文在系统整体与部分关系的视角下,关注不同职能类型的高管增减持问题,以2008-2014年高管持股变动的上市公司为样本,将高管分为董事、监事、经理层三个不同类别,分析其持股增减对企业价值影响。
This paper focuses on the increase or decrease of executives' shareholding of of different function types.The sample companies are those whose executives increase or decrease their shareholding rate between 2008 and 2014.These executives are classified into three categories:Director,supervisor and sanager.
