基于系统管理理论的铁路车站管理模式研究

Study on the Management Model of Railway Station Based on System Management Theory

在铁路总公司的成立以及铁路货运改革的推进的背景下,铁路车站现有的管理方法已经不能满足时代的需求。本文基于系统管理理论,结合铁路车站管理的实际情况,针对铁路车站管理现状所存在的问题提出相应的管理对策,并进一步提出铁路车站系统管理的优化要素以及具体管理模式。

Under the background of the establishment of the railway corporation and the reform of railway freight,the existing management of railway station cannot satisfy the demand of the era.In this paper,based on system management theory,combining with the actual situation of railway station management,the corresponding management measures are derived according to current situation of railway station management,and the optimization factor and model for railway station system management are proposed in further.
