摘要
探讨吸收聚集了稠密的经济能力和技术势能的集群系统内,诸影响要素协同作用下,官产学研资介一体化合作开展技术创新的方式方法,从区域、集群、产业等三个层面对集群创新系统进行机理分析,设计了产业集群技术创新的产业链整合模式、双螺旋耦合模式、模块化集合模式,为构建技术创新联盟、实现产学研协同创新提供技术指导。
The paper studies the technology innovation mode and method of official research funding mediated integration cooperation in the system of absorbing dense economic capacity and technology potential,under the synergistic effect of various influence factors.The paper analyzes the mechanism of cluster innovation system,from three aspects of industry,cluster and area,so as to design the industrial chain integration model,the double helix coupled model and modular set mode for technology innovation of industry clusters.It provide technical guidance for the construction of technical innovation alliance and the realization of collaborative innovation.
