诉讼活动中,司法鉴定扮演着重要角色,承担着维护司法公正的任务。目前,我国司法鉴定质量保障体系还存在很多缺陷。我们必须站在整个国家的层面上,以依法治国方略为依托,从法律制度、鉴定技术、实时监控、评估审查等多个层面构建和完善质量保障体系,才能得出合法、精准、高效的鉴定意见,实现诉讼公正的价值目标。

In the litigation activity, judicial authentication plays an important role and undertakes the task of the maintenance of justice. At present, the quality assurance system of judicial authentication security still has many defects. We must stand on the level of the whole country, which is based on strategy ruling by law, from the legal system, identification technology, real-time monitoring, evaluation and other multiple levels to build and improve quality assurance system, to get a lawful, precise and efficient expert opinion, realizing litigation justice value target.
