摘要
文章梳理国内外的美国公共图书馆思想研究文献,评析郑永田专著《美国公共图书馆思想研究(1731-1951)》的写作特点、理论与实践价值,以期促进公共图书馆思想研究,推动我国图书馆事业发展。
This paper analyzes the research literatures concerning public library thoughts in the United States of America at home and abroad, and elaborates the writing features, theoretical and practical values of ZHENG Yong-tian＇s book A Study of Public Library Thoughts in the United States of America （1731-1951）, in order to promote the research on public library thoughts and the development of Chinese librarianship
