学习者信息素养标准与学校教育标准的匹配研究 被引量:2

摘要 美国学校图书馆是学校教育的有机组成部分,其重要作用是支持学校的课程教学,提高学生的信息素养,协助教师培养学生的逻辑性、批判性和创造性思维能力。文章以《21世纪学习者标准》与《K-12年级自然科学教育框架》的匹配工作为例,介绍美国学校图书馆如何将学习者信息素养标准嵌入学校教育标准中,并以此匹配结果为依据,指导学校图书馆员为课程教学服务。这两种标准的匹配结果也可以与循证实践方法相结合,用于论证学校图书馆的价值。分析我国学校图书馆的发展现状、成因及其承担服务教学之责任的必要性,并提出建议。 American school library is an important part of school education, whose important role is to support teaching, improve students' information literacy, and cultivate students' critical and creative thinking. In this paper, the author gives a case study on the matching between Standards for the 21st-Century Learner and A Framework for K-12 Science Education, and introduces how to embed students' information literacy standard into school education standards. In addition, the match results of the two standards can be used to guide school libraries' services and to demonstrate the value of school library. Finally, the paper discusses the present situation of Chinese school libraries and their responsibilities to support school teaching, and presents some suggestions.
