摘要
目的观察右美托咪定对异氟醚催眠、镇痛作用的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为异氟醚(Iso)组、右美托咪定(Dex)组、右美托咪定与异氟醚合用(Dex+Iso)组,每组10只。采用翻正反射实验,记录各组小鼠的入睡率及入睡潜伏期(sleepinglatentperiod,SL);采用甩尾实验,测定各组小鼠用药前后的甩尾潜伏期(tail—flicklaten—cy,TFL)。结果在翻正反射实验中,与Iso组相比,Dex+Iso组小鼠的SL明显缩短(P〈0.01)。在甩尾实验中,与基础痛阈相比,给药后10minDex+Iso组小鼠TFL明显延长(P〈0.05);与Iso组相比,给药后20~30minDex+Iso组小鼠TFL明显延长(P〈0.01)。结论右美托咪定能增强异氟醚的催眠、镇痛作用。
Objective To observe the effects of dexmedetomidine on the hypnosis and analgesia of isoflurane. Methods Mice were randomly divided into three groups (n = 10 ) : an isoflurane (Iso) group, a dexmedetomidine (Dex) group, and an isoflurane + dexmedetomidine (Iso + Dex) group. Then, the sleeping rate and sleeping latency (SL) were recorded using righting reflex. The tail -flick latency (TFL) of each group was determined by tail -flick test before and after treatment. Results The Iso + Dex group presented markedly shorter SL than the Iso group (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the basal pain threshold, the TFL of the Iso + Dex group was extended 10 min after administra- tion ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the Iso group, the Iso + Dex group produced markedly extended TFL 20 - 30 rain after administration ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can enhance the hypnosis and analgesia of isoflurane.
