氟哌利多对异氟醚催眠、镇痛作用的影响

摘要 目的观察氟哌利多对异氟醚催眠、镇痛作用的影响。方法将昆明种小鼠随机分为异氟醚组(Iso组)、氟哌利多组(Dro组)、异氟醚与氟哌利多合用组(Iso+Dro组)。利用翻正反射实验,记录每组小鼠的入睡率;利用甩尾实验测定各组小鼠用药前后的甩尾潜伏期(tail—flicklatency,TFL)。结果在翻正反射实验中,Iso+Dro组与Iso组相比,小鼠入睡率虽提高但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。在甩尾实验中,与基础痛阈相比,Iso+Dro组小鼠给药后20~30minTFL增加(P〈0.05),给药后40min明显增加(P〈0.01);与Iso组相比,Iso+Dro组小鼠给药后40minTFL明显延长(P〈0.01)。结论氟哌利多能增强异氟醚的镇痛作用。 Objective To observe the effects of droperidol on the hypnosis and analgesia of isoflurane. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups: an isoflurane (Iso) group, a droperidol (Dro) group, and an isoflurane + droperidol (Iso + Dro) group. Then, the sleeping rate of each group was recorded using righting reflex. The tail - flick latency (TFL) of each group was determined by tail - flick test before and after treatment. Results The Iso + Dro group presented a higher sleeping rate than the Iso group, despite no statistical difference was found ( P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with the basal pain threshold, the TFL of the Iso + Dro group was extended 20 to 30 rain after administration ( P 〈 0.05 ), and increased remarkably 40 min after administration (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the Iso group, the Iso + Dro group produced markedly extended TFL 40 min after administration (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Droperidol can en- hance the analgesic effect of isoflurane.
