摘要 泌尿系感染（UTI）是儿童常见的细菌感染性疾病，其中一些高危患儿可出现肾瘢痕，进而可致终末期肾脏病，恰当诊断和治疗UTI对于改善患儿预后十分重要。关于儿童UTI的诊断和治疗尚存争议。2015年，欧洲泌尿系学会／欧洲儿童泌尿系学会发布了新的儿童UTI诊治指南。 Urinary tract infection （UTI） is common in children. Among the children with UTI, some children at high risk will develop renal scarring that may lead to end stage renal disease. Accurate diagnosis and appropriate treat- ment is very important. However, controversy on diagnosis and treatment of UTI still exists. European Association of Urology/European Society for Paediatric Urology delivered new guideline for diagnosis and treatment of children with UTI in 2015.
