摘要
英国大学的教师教育课程与基础教育学校的教学发展之间缺乏有机联系,因此解决教育机构之间的脱节是师范生培养面临的一个重要课题。本文以在英国开展的"发展英语教学,助力实习学习"项目为例,指出大学的作用在于激发教师的批判性创新能力,因而要求教师教育者具有复合才能;同时建议为中小学教师创建学习环境和条件,重建中小学与大学的关系,将师范生个体培养与实习学校整体发展结合起来,帮助教师提升教学实践能力。
This paper proposes structural links between universities and their role in preparing teachers and the development and improvement of learning and teaching in schools. Referring to some studies such as DETAIL in the UK, the authors suggest that reconfiguring the relationships between schools and universities to focus on creating the conditions for all teachers to learn might bridge the current divide between preparing individual teachers in teacher education programmes one-by-one and helping schools as collective organisations of teachers to develop their practices. The paper suggests that the role of universities might be to stimulate critical design agency among teachers which will require a new kind of 'hybrid' teacher educator.
