摘要
以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为复合乳化剂,采用预乳化-半连续种子乳液的聚合方法成功合成了聚丙烯酸丁酯-聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯)(PBA-P(MMASt))核壳乳胶粒子,通过化学改性得到壳层含上氨基基团的核壳乳胶粒子。通过激光粒度分析仪、透射电子显微镜、傅立叶变换红外观谱仪、元素分析仪以及差示扫描量热仪对核壳乳胶粒子进行了表征。结果表明:PBA-P(MMA-St)核壳乳胶粒子具有核壳结构,其平均粒径达340nm,其中壳层平均增厚35nm,聚苯乙烯成功接枝到PBA核上,并且壳层含有氨基基团,当壳层聚苯乙烯含量为壳层单体质量的25%时,壳层氨基含量可达1%。此外,随着壳层聚苯乙烯含量的增加表层共聚物的玻璃化转变温度逐渐降低。
Using potassium persulfate(KPS)as initiator,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP-10)as compound emulsifier,poly(butyl acrylate)-poly(methyl methacrylate and styrene)PBA-P(MMA-St)core-shell latex particles were synthesized successfully by preemulsification-semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization method and then the core-shell latex particles containing amino groups in shell layer were obtained by chemical modification.The core-shell latex particles were characterized by laser particle size analysis,transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Elemental analyzer and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that PBA-P(MMA-St)core-shell latex particles got a core-shell structure,and its average particle diameter was 340 nm and the average thickness of the shell was 35 nm.Polystyrene was successfully grafted onto PBA core,and there were amino groups in shell layer.When polystyrene content in shell layer is 25%of shell monomer dosage,amino content in shell layer could attain about 1%.Besides,increasing polystyrene,the glass transition temperature of core-shell latex particles reduced gradually.
