植物油基多酰胺的制备及其在海水中的缓蚀性能

摘要 以顺丁烯二酸酐与橡胶籽油多不饱和脂肪酸反应合成顺丁烯二酸酐加合物中间体,再与醇胺反应制备植物油基多酰胺缓蚀剂。以二乙醇胺与中间体反应优化了多酰胺产物的制备条件,采用FT-IR分析多酰胺产物的分子结构,采用单片防锈试验表征了多酰胺产物的缓蚀性能。结果表明:在n(二乙醇胺)/n(中间体)=3.3∶1、二乙醇胺平均分两次投料、反应温度175℃和反应时间3.5h条件下,产物的转化率可达95.3%;多酰胺产物在海水介质中对Q235碳钢具有良好的缓蚀效果,由单乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、二乙醇胺所制得多酰胺产物的缓蚀性能依次升高。 The adduct intermediate was synthesized by cis-butenedioic anhydride and polyunsaturated fatty acid of rubber seed oil,and then reacted with alcohol amine to prepare the vegetable oil-based multi-amide.The process conditions for preparing multi-amide were optimized by the acylation reaction of diethanol amine with adduct intermediate,the molecular structure of multi-amide product was characterized by FT-IR,and its corrosion inhibition performance for carbon steel in seawater was evaluated by Single Surface Antirust Test.The results show that the conversion rate of multi-amide can reach 95.3% under the optimum process conditions as that molar ratio of diethanol amine to adduct intermediate of 3.3,batch feeding of diethanol amine with half-and-half,reaction temperature of 175℃and reaction time of 3.5h,and the excellent corrosion inhibition performances for Q235 steel in seawater are found in the as-prepared multi-amides with ascending order as mono-ethanol amine〈 isopropanol amine〈 diethanol amine.
