摘要
在多段压裂过程中,对不同层段加入一定浓度的不同种类示踪剂,通过连续检测返排液中示踪剂的浓度评价压裂液返排效率。通过室内实验,考察了微量物质对压裂基液黏度、耐温性能和抗剪切性能的影响,微量物质在压裂液中的吸附量。实验发现,微量物质示踪剂对压裂液的基液黏度、耐温性能和抗剪切性能均没有影响,微量物质示踪剂与压裂液配伍性良好,在压裂液中的吸附量大部分小于5%,微量物质示踪剂与压裂液配伍性良好,适合作为压裂液示踪剂使用。
In the process of multi-stage fracturing,certain different concentration of tracer was added to different layers to evaluate the efficiency of fracturing flowbackfluid by continuously detecting the Concentration of tracer in flow back fluid.Influence of trace substances on fracturing base fluid viscosity,temperature resistance and shear properties,adsorption of trace substances in the fracturing fluid was studied by laboratory tests.It is found that formation water and trace substances tracer did not react,and trace substances had no influence on the base liquid fracturing fluid viscosity,temperature resistance and shear properties,and trace substances tracer adsorption rate on the fracturing fluid is less than 5%.Thus,a conclusion can be drawn that trace substances has good compatibility with the fracturing fluid,and it is Suitable work as trace agent of fracturing fluid.
