醇解型四元共聚物柴油降凝剂的合成 被引量:2

摘要 以高碳十八醇和甲基丙烯酸为原料合成甲基丙烯酸十八酯,然后与马来酸酐、聚乙二醇、丙烯酰胺进行聚合,得到四元共聚物,再以质量比为1∶2.5的比例与十八醇进行醇解,得到醇解型四元共聚物新型柴油降凝剂,并对其进行了性能评价。结果表明,该降凝剂可使抚顺石化公司0#柴油冷滤点下降到-9℃,凝点下降到-3.4℃,以1∶2的复配比与市售柴油降凝剂进行复配,使冷滤点下降到-14℃,其降凝效果大大优于市售降凝剂。 Octadecyl methacrylate was synthesized with octadecyl alcohol and methacrylic acid as raw material,and then polymerized with maleic anhydride,polyethylene glycol and acrylamide.Quadripolymer was therefore obtained.Alcoholysis was adopted with octadecyl alcohol in the mass ratio of1∶2.5to get alcoholysis type quadripolymer diesel depressant.Structure and properties of the copolymer were evaluated.The results showed that remixing with a commercial diesel depressant in 1∶2,0#diesel oil of Fushun,with the cold filter point down to-9℃and freezing point down to-3.4℃,made the cold filter point down to-14 ℃.Its depression effect is much better than that of the commercial diesel depressant.
