摘要 浙江省2014届3358名就业困难毕业生的调研数据表明,专业能力缺乏是形成就业困难的直接原因,各种就业歧视是就业困难学生的最大"屏障",多重困难交错是就业困难学生的主要特点,求职努力不够是形成就业困难的重要因素。加强对就业困难学生帮扶的对策是以提升专业能力为核心,提高就业困难学生的综合实力;以完善就业政策为保障,营造公平竞争的就业环境;以优化就业指导为抓手,构建"三助结合"的帮扶体系。 This article based on the research on the 3358 college graduates of class of 2014 from Zhejiang Province who have difficulties in employment, comprehensively analyses the causes of the employment difficulty, and provides suggestionsfor the problems found in the investigation. Research shows that lack of professional competence is a direct causeof the employment difficulty, a variety of employment discrimination is the largest "barrier", multiple difficulties staggered is the main feature, not working hard to look for jobs is an important factor. The strategies to improve thehelp for employment difficulty students areto make the improvement of the professional capabilities as the criticaltarget,enhancingthe comprehensive strengthof the employment difficultystudents; to make the completion of the employment policies as the support,creating a fair competitive environment for employment;to optimize the employment guidance as the starting point,building "three help combination "support system.
