摘要
大学生就业质量充分体现高等教育的发展情况,同时反映就业市场的运行状况。对于大学生就业这一热点问题,选择吉林大学作为研究对象,首先进行文献梳理,了解当前学界对于就业问题的研究现状及方法手段。同时利用近年吉林大学就业质量报告,分析得出吉林大学本科毕业生就业情况及就业结构。基于上述分析,通过线上线下问卷调查及实地调研,得出就业质量影响因素的种类及影响情况,研究结果将影响因素划分为内在因素及外在因素。
The quality of employment reflects not only the level of higher education, but also the development of the job market. For the graduate's employment problem, which serves as a hot issue, this paper uses Jilin University as subject of study. First we analyze and summarize the relative documents in order to be clear of the research condition and methods. Then we analyze The Graduates' Employment Quality Report on Jilin University and get command of the employment condition as well as the graduates' employment structure. Based on the above information, we use both questionnaire survey and spot investigation and draw the conclusion of types of factors and their influencing degree. And we divide those factors into internal factors and external factors.
