摘要
The problem of shortlife hearth of blast furnace was solved through the adoption of longlife technologies such as the application of UCAR hot pressed carbon brick-ceramic cup compound lining technology, closed-loop soft water cooling system,enhancing taphole maintenance and schreyerite lining protection etc. Longlife and high productivity had been achieved successfully.The transition of technological processes of the hearth for blast furnaces at BenGang are outlined in this paper.
