摘要 以学生发展为本,改变教师的教学行为和学生的学习方式,追求教学效益的最大化已成为课堂教学改革的有力抓手。通过对课堂教学调研与反思,揭示教师在构建高效课堂教学的存在问题,提出从三维目标的制定和准确定位、课程资源的有效整合、教学情境的创设、学习活动的有效设计与实施、生成资源的有效利用、学习过程和结果的有效评价、教与学的反思与实践等视角构建高效课堂的具体策略,对高效课堂教学的设计与实践具有一定指导价值。 The focus of classroom teaching reform nowadays is to change the teachers' teaching and the students' learning styles and to pursue the maximizing benefit of the classroom teaching based on the development of the students. Through the research of classroom teaching and the reflection on the problems of constructing the efficient classroom, the author put forward some specific strategies of building efficient classroom from the perspectives of the three-dimensional goals, integrating curriculum resources effectively, creating teaching environment, designing and imp!ementing effective learning activities, generating and efficiently using resources, the learning result evaluation, effective teaching reflection with practice, which has certain guiding value of design and practice of effective classroom teaching.
