烘绑疗法治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿临床观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨烘绑疗法对乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的治疗效果。方法选择乳腺癌术后出现淋巴水肿的患者51例分为观察组(n=28)和对照组(n=23)。对照组使用空气波压力治疗仪及功能锻炼、皮肤护理进行治疗,观察组在此基础上附加烘绑疗法。治疗前后分别对患者进行淋巴水肿的发展程度和上肢功能(DASH)评定。结果两组患者淋巴水肿的发展程度和DASH评定评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论烘绑疗法能进一步减轻乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的进展,改善上肢功能。
