摘要
发展畜牧业保险是新时期建设现代畜牧业的重要组成部分,是保护畜牧业生产者利益,促进畜牧业稳定健康发展的一项重要举措。自2007年我国试点政策性农业保险制度,畜牧业保险的发展严重滞后于种植业保险。本文通过比较分析中美两国畜牧业保险的制度设计与实践概况,以期提出可供我国畜牧业保险持续发展借鉴的经验或启示。
It is an important part to develop livestock insurance in order to build modern livestock industry in the new period, and it also is a key strategy to protect producers＇ benefit and to promote stable or healthy development of livestock industry. Since 2007, the China Agriculture Policy Insurance Program was initiated, livestock insurance market obviously lagged behind crop insurance. By Comparative Analysis about system and practice of livestock insurance between China and USA, this paper will provide enlightenment to boost sustainable development of livestock insurance in China.
