农业金融支持体系的差异化效用评价——以黑龙江生猪产业为例

Differential Utility Evaluation of Agricultural Financial Support System:Take Hog Industry in Heilongjiang as Example

生猪产业经济在农业经济中占有重要地位。随着规模化、市场化的农业生产经营方式的演进,生猪产业化也是畜牧业今后的发展方向。我国基本形成商业性金融、政策性金融、合作性金融和民间金融为主体的服务于农业产业化的金融支持体系。本文基于生猪规模养殖的视角,利用黑龙江生猪产业数据对生猪养殖主体收益与不同金融供给渠道的支持水平进行分析,进而对农业金融支持体系服务生猪产业化的效用进行比较,最后就如何协同与完善农业金融体系支持黑龙江省生猪产业化提出对策性建议。

The economy of hog industry plays an important role in the agricultural economy. With the development of large-scale and market-oriented agricultural production, the hog industry is also the development direction of animal husbandry.It is mainly formed of commercial finance, policy finance, cooperative finance and private finance in the agricultural industrialization of the financial support system in China. In this paper, we use the data of Heilongjiang hog industry to analyze the income of the hog breeding parts and the support level of different financial supply channels, based on the perspective of hog breeding;and then compare the effectiveness of agricultural financial support system for the industrialization of hog industry; Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to coordinate and improve the agricultural financial system to support the hog industry in Heilongjiang province.
