一种双灯丝、双辐射靶面X射线管研究

摘要 在X射线无损探伤技术中,由于X射线管的不可修复性,使其成为决定设备使用寿命的主要因素。因此,本文对如何提高X射线管的使用寿命进行了研究,提出了双灯丝双辐射面结构,采用单灯丝独立或双灯丝交替及轮换工作方式,提高射线管的工作效率和使用寿命。 In X-ray nondestructive inspection,the X-ray tube is the main factor of service life of the machine due to its non-repairing.In order to improve the lifetime of the X-ray tube,a new structure with double-filament and double-radiation-target is proposed.The new X-ray tube can work at single-filament mode,double-filament alternating mode or double-filament time-sharing mode,which effectively increases work efficiency and lifetime of the tube.
